I stayed in a double bedroom villa, and the check-in process was very fast. Breakfast was served in the villa lounge for suite members, and the food selection was amazing (especially the pancakes!). The staff were professional, exactly what I expect from a 5-star hotel.
The plants around the lagoon access rooms needed pruning, and some TLC. The gardens also needed weeding around these rooms. I noticed a strong musty smell from the drain around the infinity pool edge when the fountains were off.
